BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

A delicious and easy-to-make wrap featuring BBQ chicken and creamy coleslaw, perfect for summer gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by shredding the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, mixing it with BBQ sauce if desired.
  2. Whip up the coleslaw dressing by combining mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Combine the coleslaw mix with the dressing, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or skillet until pliable.
  5. Assemble your wraps by placing BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center of each tortilla and rolling them tightly.
  6. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

Notes
