Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse with Chocolate Ganache

A decadent vegan dessert featuring creamy peanut butter mousse topped with rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 350 grams silken tofu
  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams 70% dark chocolate
  • 400 grams full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the silken tofu by draining and gently pressing to remove moisture.
  2. Blend the silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill the mousse mixture for at least 1 hour in serving bowls.
  4. Make the chocolate ganache by heating coconut milk, mixing in dark chocolate until smooth.
  5. Serve the mousse with a drizzle of chocolate ganache over the top.
  6. Garnish with crushed peanuts or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit or brownies for added indulgence. Can be made a day in advance.
