Strawberry Mojito Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic twist on the classic mojito, bursting with strawberries, mint, and lime.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Fresh Lime Slices for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  • Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves and 1 sprig for garnish
  • Ice, crushed or cubed

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by rinsing them under cold water, patting them dry, removing the stems, and slicing them into quarters.
  2. Muddle the strawberries and mint in a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, pressing gently for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add the lime juice and sweetener, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Fill the glass with ice, packing it to your desired texture.
  5. Top it off with sparkling water or club soda, allowing it to bubble over.
  6. Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of fresh mint before serving.

Notes

This mocktail can be made ahead of time by muddling the strawberries and mint and keeping them in the fridge. Just add lime juice, sweetener, ice, and sparkling water before serving.
