  • 400ml Double Cream / Heavy Cream
  • 250ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 300g Fresh Strawberries
  • Cookies/Biscuits/Graham Crackers

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by washing and slicing off the green tops.
  2. Blend the diced strawberries in a blender until chunky.
  3. Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in sweetened condensed milk with optional vanilla extract.
  5. Incorporate the strawberry puree and optional chopped strawberries.
  6. Freeze the mixture in a sealable container for 4-6 hours.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches using the cookies and ice cream mixture.
  8. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Serve! Enjoy with fresh strawberries or chocolate drizzle.

Notes

For a chocolate-dipped version, dip the sandwiches in chocolate and roll in crushed nuts for added texture.
