  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional)
  • Optional toppings: extra crushed strawberries, drizzle of pink chocolate, fun sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Add the crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries; fold gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  6. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Coat each ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the sheet.
  8. Add optional toppings before the chocolate hardens.
  9. Chill coated truffles in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
