Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle

A layered dessert featuring creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and soft pound cake, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups pound cake, cubed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into quarters.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Layer the trifle with pound cake, cream cheese mixture, and sliced strawberries repeatedly.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional whipped cream and strawberries before serving.
