Halloween Caprese Appetizer

A festive twist on the classic Caprese salad, featuring mozzarella ‘eyeballs’, cherry tomato ‘pumpkins’, and fresh basil for a fun Halloween treat.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Olives (Optional, for Decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: rinse your cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Assemble the appetizer on a serving platter or individual skewers using mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  3. Create the eyeball effect by cutting olives in half and placing them on top of mozzarella balls.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the arrangement.
  5. Sprinkle with salt to enhance flavors.
  6. Let it chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes
