Cranberry Orange Bread

A delightful loaf that combines the tartness of fresh cranberries with zesty orange, perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Toss in the cranberries and orange zest, ensuring they’re coated.
  5. Combine wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and orange juice in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
