  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently.
  6. Fold in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop the dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
