  • 1 tsp Sage (dried or fresh)
  • 4 cups Chicken broth (vegetable broth for a plant-based version)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Dice chicken, chop onion, mince garlic, and have pumpkin puree ready.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
