  • 1/3 cup celery, diced
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped sweet-tart apple
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your workspace.
  2. Open and drain the tuna.
  3. Chop those veggies.
  4. Toss in the tuna.
  5. Chop the apples and nuts.
