  • 8 oz fresh lime juice
  • 810 oz pomegranate juice
  • 4 oz agave or simple syrup (to taste)
  • Salt or Tajín for the rim

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pitcher by selecting one that can hold all ingredients.
  2. Juice the limes and pour the juice into the pitcher.
  3. Mix in the pomegranate juice, giving it a gentle stir.
  4. Add the tequila and Cointreau (or triple sec) and stir again.
  5. Sweeten with agave or simple syrup to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator or fill the pitcher with ice.
  7. Rim the glasses with a lime wedge and dip into salt or Tajín.
