Homemade Pizza Rolls

Delightful homemade pizza rolls that are crispy on the outside and oozy with cheese on the inside, perfect for movie nights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your workspace by unrolling the pizza crusts on a clean surface.
  3. Season the crusts with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella across the crust, leaving a small border.
  5. Layer the chopped pepperoni over the cheese.
  6. Roll the crust up into a log and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Slice the logs into 1-inch rolls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Add more Italian seasoning and garlic salt on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These pizza rolls are great for dipping in marinara. Leftovers can be enjoyed cold!
