  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your veggies: Wash and chop your broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice your carrots.
  2. Sauté the carrots: In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté carrots for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli: Stir in the broccoli and add broth, bringing it to a gentle boil.
  4. Simmer away: Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

Notes
