Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

A flavor-packed and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 45 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh herbs (Thyme or Rosemary), to taste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the tenderloin in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add minced garlic and herbs, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Butter the pork with remaining butter using a spoon.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest the pork for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the tenderloin and drizzle with garlic butter sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh garden salad. Basting the pork elevates the taste greatly.
