  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prep the broccoli by steaming or blanching fresh broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Let the bake cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made with vegetables and pasta of your choice. Leftovers reheat beautifully.
