Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Delicious and guilt-free bite-sized treats combining chocolate and strawberries with Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your strawberries: Start by washing and hulling the strawberries. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
  2. Make the yogurt mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the strawberries: Gently mix the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and shiny.
  5. Coat the strawberry mixture: Scoop out the yogurt and strawberry mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate: Drizzle the warm melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
  7. Freeze those clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours or until set.
  8. Enjoy: Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Always use parchment paper on your baking sheet; it prevents clusters from sticking.
