Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by placing it in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and seasoning.
  2. Sauté the shrimp in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the mango salsa by mixing mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
  5. Assemble the tacos with shrimp and mango salsa, squeezing extra lime juice on top if desired.
