Heavenly Raspberry Pastry Twists

Delightful Raspberry Pastry Twists made with flaky puff pastry and sweet raspberry jam, dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
  • 1 Egg (for Egg Wash)
  • Powdered Sugar (for Dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Slice the puff pastry into 6 equal rectangles and cut a small slit down the center of each.
  4. Spoon about a tablespoon of raspberry jam into the center of each rectangle.
  5. Twist the two sides of each rectangle away from each other.
  6. Whisk your egg until well combined and brush it over the twisted pastries.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust them lightly with powdered sugar once they’re out of the oven.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with coffee or tea for a perfect afternoon treat.
