Orange Juice Cake

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • Zest of 1 Orange (Optional)
  • Powdered Sugar for Glazing (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding mix in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the orange juice, vegetable oil, and eggs to the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan or 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  7. Glaze with powdered sugar mixed with orange juice if desired.
