Instructions

  1. Boil the Noodles: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, toss in your noodles of choice. Cook them according to the package instructions until they’re al dente.
  2. Prepare Your Veggies/Protein: Chop up your vegetables or protein into bite-sized pieces. Stir-fry in sesame oil until tender if using hearty vegetables.
  3. Make the Sauce: Whisk together the sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
