Crispy Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan

A flavor-packed delight that turns ordinary cauliflower into a crispy, cheesy treat.

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse your head of cauliflower and dry it thoroughly, cutting it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the cauliflower and toss again.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve in a bowl or platter, garnished with fresh parsley.
