Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars

Delicious, gooey Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars that capture the nostalgic flavors of summer campfires in an easy-to-make treat.

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 7 cups Golden Grahams
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
  3. Combine Corn Syrup and Marshmallows: Add the corn syrup and 5 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted.
  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Remove from heat and stir in the milk chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Mix in Golden Grahams: Gently fold in 7 cups of Golden Grahams until evenly coated.
  6. Press Into the Pan: Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish and press down evenly.
  7. Marshmallow Topping: Sprinkle 1 cup of mini marshmallows on top and broil for about a minute until golden.
  8. Cool and Slice: Allow to cool completely, then slice into squares.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavors by adding nuts, caramel, or using non-dairy ingredients for a vegan version!
