  • 5 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Mini Pepperoni
  • 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep your workstation by laying out your egg roll wrappers on a clean surface.
  2. Mix the chopped mini pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the rolls by placing about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the egg roll wrapper and folding it up.
  4. Seal the edges with water to ensure the rolls are closed tightly.
  5. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain the fried pizza rolls on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
