Ultimate Jalapeño Poppers

Spicy and cheesy jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

  • 12 Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 10 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the jalapeños by slicing in half and removing seeds.
  3. Make the filling by mixing cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese filling.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with chopped cilantro or sour cream for dipping. If you find the poppers too spicy, pair them with a cooling sauce.
