Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels

Creamy, spicy, and crunchy pinwheels wrapped in a soft tortilla, perfect for parties or snack time.

  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Jalapenos, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Chop jalapenos and slice scallions.
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos.
  3. Spread the filling: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of filling, leaving half an inch at the edges.
  4. Roll it up: Starting from one side, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Place seam side down.
  5. Slice the pinwheels: Cut the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pieces and place cut side up on a serving platter.
  6. Chill and serve: Let the pinwheels chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy sriracha mayo.
