Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

A sweet summertime treat featuring juicy grilled peaches topped with cinnamon, brown sugar, and your choice of toppings.

  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 peaches (halved and pits removed)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
  • Yogurt, for serving
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • Caramel syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Prepare the peaches by halving and removing the pits.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the cut side of the peaches with melted unsalted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture onto the buttered peach halves.
  6. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Flip the peaches and grill cut-side up for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with caramel syrup.

Notes

For a unique twist, try adding grilled raspberry sauce or nutty toppings on the peaches.
