Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls

Delicious and easy-to-make croissant rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

  • 1 tube of crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 5 ounces of pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough: Carefully pop open the tube of crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Add the cheese: Place one slice of mozzarella near the wide edge of your crescent triangle.
  5. Place pepperoni: Add about three slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll it up: Gently roll the dough from the wide edge to the point, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Arrange on the baking sheet: Place each rolled croissant on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake: Slide the tray into the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  9. Let them cool: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Enjoy: Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls can be made ahead of time. Assemble and keep in the fridge until ready to bake.
