Crispy Cheesy Roll-Ups

Delicious rolled bread filled with gooey cheese, perfect for snacking or sharing.

Ingredients

  • Sliced Bread (white, whole grain, or sourdough)
  • Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Butter
  • Tomato Soup or Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all you need: a frying pan, spatula, and knife.
  2. Butter the bread by spreading a generous layer of butter on one side of the slices.
  3. Add the shredded cheese to the unbuttered side of the bread, folding it over to form a pocket.
  4. Toast the roll-ups in a hot skillet over medium heat, butter-side down.
  5. Flip them after 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Keep them warm in a low oven while cooking the remaining roll-ups.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding jalapeños or fresh herbs. Perfect for dipping in tomato soup or marinara.
