Parmesan Garlic Pull Apart Bread

Deliciously cheesy and garlicky pull-apart bread made with biscuit dough, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a round 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters on a floured surface.
  5. Transfer the biscuit pieces to a large bowl, pour ¾ of the garlic butter over them, and toss gently.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, then combine thoroughly.
  7. Layer the biscuit pieces in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
