  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Use your hands to gently mix without overworking the meat.
  3. Form the Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Roll them into balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Create a small indentation in the center of each slider.
