  • 2 teaspoons blue curacao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 12 teaspoons cream of coconut
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • Lemon Lime Soda (Olipop or Zevia)
  • 1.5 oz coconut rum or pineapple vodka (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Tools: You’ll need a cocktail shaker, a jigger or measuring tool, and a tall glass.
  2. Prep Your Ingredients: Ensure your juices and cream of coconut are ready to go.
  3. Measure and Pour: Add the pineapple juice, orange juice, blue curacao syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and coconut water into your cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake It Up: Seal your shaker and shake for about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Taste Test: Before pouring, do a taste test and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  6. Strain and Serve: Fill your tall glass with ice and strain the mixture over the ice.
  7. Top It Off: Add lemon-lime soda gently over the top.
  8. Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a maraschino cherry!
