BBQ Chicken Naan Pizzas

A flavorful twist on classic pizzas using naan, topped with barbecue chicken, cheese, and crispy bacon.

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 4 Slices Naan
  • Sweet Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1½ Cups Chicken (Leftover, Grilled, or Rotisserie)
  • 4 Slices Bacon (Cooked Until Slightly Crispy, Chopped)
  • ½ Red Onion (Thinly Sliced Vertically)
  • Cilantro (Chopped, for Serving—Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Spray each naan with olive oil on one side.
  4. Spread a couple of tablespoons of barbecue sauce over the oiled side of each naan.
  5. Layer about half a cup of shredded cheddar jack cheese on each pizza.
  6. Add the leftover chicken tossed with a bit more BBQ sauce evenly over the cheese.
  7. Top each pizza with crispy bacon pieces.
  8. Distribute the thin slices of red onion across the pizzas.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro for freshness and serve.
