Baked Brie with Fig Jam

A delightful blend of warm Brie cheese and sweet fig jam, wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (optional)
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary, for garnish)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Assemble the wheel of Brie in the center of the puff pastry and spread fig jam generously on top.
  4. Wrap the corners of the pastry over the Brie and pinch to seal.
  5. Prepare the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the wrapped Brie on it.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Drizzle honey on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Feel free to get creative with additional toppings or jams. This dish is versatile and can easily be customized with nuts or spices.
