  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Fresh thyme (for garnishing)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by crumbling feta cheese and ensuring it’s drained.
  2. Process the feta and Greek yogurt in a food processor until creamy.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree and honey, and blend until smooth.
  4. Spice it up with dried thyme and black pepper, pulsing to combine.
  5. Serve the dip in a bowl, garnishing with honey, fresh thyme, and walnuts.

Notes

This dip tastes even better the next day! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
