Mint Chocolate Chip Rice Krispie Treats

A fun twist on a classic treat that combines the nostalgic crunch of Rice Krispie treats with delightful mint and chocolate flavors.

  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 10 ounces Marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 10 drops Green Food Coloring
  • ¾ cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Prep your baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  4. Flavor it up by stirring in peppermint extract and food coloring.
  5. Combine with Rice Krispies, mixing gently.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
