Indulgent Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

A delightful twist on classic lasagna, featuring creamy Alfredo sauce and a savory combination of shrimp and crab, all rolled up in lasagna noodles.

  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the lasagna noodles by cooking them according to the package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a kitchen towel.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds, then add the shrimp and cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Add crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. Prepare the cheese mixture by combining ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan in a mixing bowl.
  4. Make the roll-ups by spreading cheese mixture down the center of each noodle, adding a spoonful of sautéed seafood, and rolling tightly.
  5. Layer the roll-ups in a greased baking dish, pouring alfredo sauce over them and sprinkling remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake covered with foil at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seafood or use vegetarian alternatives. Make sure to let it sit for a few minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
