  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Peel and chop the mangoes; rinse and halve the strawberries.
  2. Puree the fruits: Blend mango chunks and strawberry halves with lime juice until smooth.
  3. Taste test: Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if needed.
  4. Chill it out: Pour puree into a container and freeze for 2-4 hours.
  5. Give it a whirl: Flake sorbet with a fork after letting it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
