Fabulous Five Ingredient Raspberry Bars

Simple and delightful raspberry bars made with just five ingredients, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 jar seedless raspberry jam (912 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Combine softened butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the room-temperature egg and mix well.
  5. Incorporate all-purpose flour gently until combined.
  6. Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  8. Crumble the remaining crust mixture on top of the jam.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
