Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Deliciously dreamy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars that combine the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the crunchy delight of chocolate chip cookie dough.

  • 40 oz Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and egg until creamy and smooth.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough crust.
  6. Top with spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  8. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  9. Slice and serve once cooled.

Notes

For serving, you can dust the bars with powdered sugar, add fresh berries, or serve with vanilla ice cream. These bars can also be frozen and stored in an airtight container.
