Delicious cocktail sausages glazed with honey and mustard, perfect for parties or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 18 good quality cocktail sausages
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine sausages, honey, mustard, and rosemary in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread sausages evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha to the mixture. Use plant-based sausages for a vegan option.
