Homemade Orange Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Start by juicing your fresh oranges until you have one cup of juice.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, orange extract, vanilla extract, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Transfer your churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
