  • 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, about 7-10 minutes, until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add in the drained Rotel, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and any salt or black pepper. Finally, stir in the cooked sausage.
  4. Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Serve the dip hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
