  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small pumpkin (for carving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pumpkin: Cut off the top and scoop out the seeds and stringy bits. Carve a face if desired.
  2. Mix the dip ingredients in a bowl: Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Taste and adjust the mixture to your preference by adding more buffalo sauce or cream cheese as needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the carved pumpkin, pressing it gently.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve with chips and vegetables on the side for dipping.
