Decadent No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Peanut Crunch Bars

Indulge in these no-bake bars combining rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy peanuts for a perfect sweet treat.

  • 12 oz (approx. 2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 11 oz (approx. 2 cups) butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies cereal
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream (approx. 1 ½ cups)
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1½ cups salted roasted peanuts (chopped or whole)
  • 2 cups soft caramels (e.g., Rolos, unwrapped and chopped if not using pre-chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan by greasing a 9×13-inch baking dish or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate mixture in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Mix in the Cocoa Krispies until fully coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Prepare the caramel topping by melting butter and then adding sugar and heavy cream.
  6. Add marshmallow cream and peanut butter to the caramel mixture.
  7. Stir in peanuts and soft caramels until well combined.
  8. Top the chocolate layer with the warm caramel mixture.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  10. Cut and serve the bars as desired.

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter and substitute peanuts with seeds. To make it vegan, use dairy-free chocolate and plant-based butters.
