  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1012 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare each tortilla by lightly brushing both sides with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Fill each tortilla with about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the muffin tin for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tortillas are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with more ranch dressing if desired, and let sit for a few minutes.
