Buffalo Chicken Pizza

A delicious Buffalo Chicken Pizza with crispy edges, gooey cheese, zesty chicken, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

  • 1 homemade pizza dough (or store-bought dough)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • ¾ cup Texas Pete hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Ranch dressing (optional)
  • Chopped green onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface.
  3. Brush the stretched dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Add the chicken coated with Texas Pete hot sauce to the dough.
  5. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is brown.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
  8. Garnish with ranch dressing and chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

You can swap chicken for buffalo cauliflower for a vegetarian version or use BBQ sauce instead of hot sauce for a different flavor.
