Coconut Lime Refresher

A light and refreshing drink bursting with zesty lime and creamy coconut, perfect for sunny days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure out the coconut milk and juice the limes.
  2. Mix the Coconut Milk and Lime Juice: Combine in a bowl or pitcher and stir. Add sweetener if desired.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare Your Glasses: Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the Coconut-Lime Mixture: Fill glasses halfway with the mixture.
  6. Add the Sparkling Water: Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Add lime slices and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Notes

This drink can be customized with muddled berries, fresh mint, ginger, or fruity purees.
