Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Delightful little bites of dough coated in sweet cinnamon sugar, perfect for any time of the day.

  • 1 small roll canned biscuits
  • 1/4 cup sugar (mix of white and brown)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough by opening the can and cutting each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave.
  4. Make the cinnamon sugar mixture by mixing the sugars and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Coat each quartered biscuit in melted butter, then toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit bites on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  9. Drizzle the icing over the baked biscuit bites before serving.
