  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (150 grams)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchini by grating it and squeezing out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate bowl and let it cool slightly.
  5. Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Add the grated zucchini and chocolate chips to the batter and fold gently.
  8. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
